First as an outside consultant, then as  the Director of Patient Experience for Dignity Health Medical Foundation, Jim oversaw the service efforts for all 125 clinics throughout California. 

Teaming with clinic management, physicians and executive leadership at their locations, Jim helped raise the level of the Patient Experience using many efforts including one-one-one and team coaching.
